Our Andrè come from hand-picked grapes, gently pressed at low pressure. The subsequentvinification at a controlled temperature in inox brings out the aromas, later enhanced by having the wine rest in oak barrels.
The Metodo Classico is the process for the production of sparkling wines which consists in inducing the refermentation in bottle throughout the addition of selected sugars and yeasts. Nowadays, the aging on yeasts of our André exceeds 45 months, from the grape harvest to when the bottle is put on the market.
Andrè’s first vintage goes back to 2008, a limited amount which comprised the desire of who is starting the complex career to become a wine producer.
After several attempts, in 2010 the first label named Andrè Andrè was finally born.
To this wine was attributed the gold colour to give a sense of precious, as a small treasure chest which keeps safe something of a significant value.
During these years of production, innovation and our research for perfection has never stopped: between one trial and another, in 2012, the idea of expanding the André Selection was put into practice: 36 months later, in summer 2015, the first bottles of Andrè Rosè appeared: the dawn of a rosy future.
A greatly elegant Rosé sparkling wine which marvellously expresses its unique taste.
